     At 3D Hero, we take pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly repair or replace it within 30 days of purchase. Beyond this period, any return or replacement requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of 3D Hero management.
